Born and raised in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, I pride myself on my vast knowledge of the area. I have been a top producing agent in Coeur d'Alene for over 16 years and have had the opportunity to meet many of the area's top business professionals and develop a proven system for both buyers and sellers. I am a Certified Residential Specialist and stay involved with our industry's leadership as the past president of the CDA MLS board of directors, and as the current treasurer and incoming President Elect for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors board of directors. Jared does an excellent job staying involved throughout the entire process to ensure our needs and the needs of our clients are met with detailed organization and professionalism.

Buyer reviewEven before moving to Idaho Jared was looking for existing properties that met our tight search parameters. He was quick to check on a couple of properties found while online searching and got back to us very quickly. He had a clear understanding of our needs and worked diligently in attempting to find properties to suite our price and needs. We purchased new construction so there wasn't any negotiable items with the exception of a shop that was included with the initial contact. After reviewing the site plan of the property with the shop it didn't meet our expectations. Jared was able to remove the shop from the contract without any consequences. Jared was a joy to work with. He has a down-to-earth approach and listens to his clients to fully address there needs. He made the purchase of our new home easy, from color selection to final walk through and signing closing paperwork we stayed at easy. We knew we had the right guy when he worked through a major contract change by removing the shop that the builder wasn't willing to change to make it more user friendly.
