Every single time he was professional, extremely quick to respond to any and all questions we had, and always made us feel like we were the only client he was working with, even though I know he is busy. He is friendly and very trustworthy. The entire process was seamless both buying and selling. The weekly updates are super helpful and we always felt like we knew where we were in the process. I would absolutely use him again if needed in the future and highly recommend him.
