We had received several recommendations for realtors from friends - but we hadn't had time to meet with these realtors or evaluate them. Jared Van Cleave had recently sold the houses of other friends - and they had good experiences and recommended him to us - and had also given him our name. Jared was wonderful to work with in the sale of my mother's property after her passing.
