All in all, if you want to sell a home in Ames it is not hard, but if you want to be able to enjoy the process with as little stress as possible I would recommend utilizing Jared and his team to do so.

We ended up accepting an offer on our home within hours of listing it, and we accepted a price $10k above asking. As an acreage it's a tricky home to market as it's not like other "residential" properties. Finding comparables, and networking with prospective buyers requires intimate knowledge of the local market which he and his team had. Highly recommended!
