And was awesome at helping me to visualize my "new home" with some simple changes. Jared communicated extremely well with me. He answered all phone calls, e-mails and text messages with extreme swiftness. I never had to wonder if he was doing his best to help me find a new home to live in. He was always there for me.

Buyer reviewGreat guy to work with. He has great values concerning his work ethic and family which we can totally agree with. He never once dropped the ball. He didn't get all jittery when finding out the loan closing was going to be delayed for couple days. He is a great guy and worked very hard between us and the seller's to make sure everyone knew what was going on and what the next step would be. We really felt Jarred went in and above to make everything work for everyone involved.

He stays connected with his clients because he develops a relationship with them. He stayed in touch with us for five years while we lived in a home he sold us, and then kept us updated on the real estate market in case we were thinking about selling. When we were ready to look for another home, he made the process of buying and selling incredibly smooth. We highly recommend Jared to any customers in central Iowa.
