Seller reviewWe had unique situation with the sale of our home. My job took me to Atlanta, GA and my wife and 3 kids stayed in our home in Ames, IA until it sold. We didn't know how long that would take. We couldn't make an offer on a home in GA until we had a binding contract with no contingencies. Needless to say, lots of unknowns, but we needed our home in IA to sell ASAP so we could "move on" and start a new life. Jared was amazing during the whole process. He presented market information and comparable home sales in the region and helped us make an educated starting listing price. We only made a couple adjustments to our price at Jared's recommendation. He was very aware and concerned with our "NET" takeaway at the end. He cared for us through the difficulty and stress of tons of showings, multiple offers, and money conversations. Jared's team at Century 21 was on top of every detail almost faster than they came around. I was never left with unanswered questions or cloudy details. It took longer than we hoped it would, but that was completely due to the specifics of our circumstances. If anything, Jared kept us sane throughout the stress of selling a home. And was awesome at helping me to visualize my "new home" with some simple changes. Jared communicated extremely well with me. He answered all phone calls, e-mails and text messages with extreme swiftness. I never had to wonder if he was doing his best to help me find a new home to live in. He was always there for me.

Buyer reviewGreat guy to work with. He has great values concerning his work ethic and family which we can totally agree with. He never once dropped the ball. He didn't get all jittery when finding out the loan closing was going to be delayed for couple days. He is a great guy and worked very hard between us and the seller's to make sure everyone knew what was going on and what the next step would be. We really felt Jarred went in and above to make everything work for everyone involved.
