Buyer reviewJason Geary was very knowledgeable and patient with our long distance dealings. He was able to show homes via skype to be sure we were able to make to best choices possible from out of state. We eventually narrowed our search from several hundred houses down to just 5 before we made to trip from Texas to Iowa to view and make our final decision. He was also able to make all of our VA Loan dealings, involved with the buy, seamless and clear. Our house was closed right on schedule and above our expectations.. Within 48hrs we had an attractive offer. We did have buyer issues beyond Jason''s control, but he handled these problems in a professional and expedient manner.
