We were first time home buyers and the whole process for us seemed very overwhelming and difficult to navigate. The SECOND we started working with Jason, all our fears disappeared. He walked us through every step and provided exceptional assistance with the many moving parts of purchasing a home. He was available whenever we had questions and was very reliable when working with the lenders and sellers. We even had a hiccup with the lenders contract which he was able to resolve and keep us on track to close on our original date. We 100% recommend all of our friends and family work with Jason in the future.

I was a first time homebuyer, and I was a little intimidated to jump into the real estate world, due to having very little knowledge of how the process worked. I chose Jason Snell as my agent, in part by referral, but mainly because I felt he was trustworthy. Jason was exceptional to work with, I couldn't asked for a better agent. He quickly resolved any concerns I had about the process of buying, due to his transparency and ability to explain any question I had. The overall experience of buying home was made easy. I honestly believe you will be hard pressed to find an another agent that is as knowledgeable, a great communicator, and as good of a negotiator as Jason. 5/5 stars, I will be going back to Jason when the time comes to buy another home.

Jason Snell was our realtor when he helped us sell our previous home, and he was outstanding in every way. We had bought and sold a number of homes over the last 40 years, so this is saying something. Never before had a realtor been as responsive and as attentive to the myriad details involved. Never before had a realtor taken such creative initiative and been so thorough in follow-through. So it was without hesitation that we went back to him when we wanted to buy a home again. Jason did a wonderful job of helping us identify and explain our requirements and priorities so that he could help us find just the right home. The very next day he got back to us with a recommendation that turned out to be the right fit for us, something that wasn't showing up in the usual home search places. Pretty amazing. So we're Jason Snell fans, and have already recommended him to everyone we know who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Buying a home is stressful, especially as first time home buyers! But Jason Snell, made it all worth it! He was there for us when we had questions about the loan, the builder, the area and everything in between! He helped us negotiate with the builder, and made us feel at ease during such a stressful process. I walked into this feeling very nervous, because lets face it, sales people can be pushy, but Jason NEVER made me feel pressured! Jason was a dream to work with, he handled everything with grace and optimism even when we had bumps on the road and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was extremely quick getting back to us and walked us through documents and made sure we were well informed and educated before signing. My husband and I are extremely grateful for Jason, we quite literally couldn't have done it without him.
