Seller reviewHighly recommended. We are out of state property owners that needed to divest an asset just as the market went into a nose dive. Jason Snell is an excellent realtor, his performance in a down market was exceptional. We always knew where we stood and what to expect next. And of course he was ultimately able to successfully match a buyer with the property. He is a pleasant professional that was able to navigate our project around and over the rocks always with a positive demeanor.

Seller reviewFor the sale of my house; Jason had to deal with many interested buyers. A good problem to have! We ended up accepting an offer that then turned into a lot of addendums. It was starting to become quite the hassle. But Jason was a cool and collected realtor. Helped me make smart decisions on what to say 'yes' to, and what to push back on. It was very much worth the time and effort as the offer was better than I had anticipated and went through as needed.

He helped us feel comfortable through the whole process. Jason was also straightforward with us on things we could do to get our house ready to sell for top dollar, the house wouldn't have looked nearly as good as it did had he not been.
