Seller reviewBefore placing unit on the market there were several things that needed to be done to get the property in best presentable shape. Being out of state and also being very unfamiliar with contractors/companies to reach out to, agent organized all aspects. He contacted all contractors, got quotes, informed them exactly what work needed to be done, gave them access to the unit, after work was completed he checked up to make sure it was quality work and nothing else needed to be done. This alone was invaluable to me. Once the home was placed on the market being that we are in a soft slow buying time, agent continuously reached out to strategize and come up with best approach, new ways to entice buyers to notice property. I know that it was specifically due to the things he did that got the home sold as soon as it could be and not just random dumb luck. This agent is a strategy negotiations genius. You will not find anyone else out there with the talent, intelligence and work ethic. He made moves and negotiations to ensure I didn't get taken advantage of and that the offer made was the best it could be. His customer service and work ethic alone are unmatchable. If you call him or text he immediately gets back to you. Every due diligence and tiny little aspect of this whole process he was on top of at every moment, it was truly inspiring. There doesn't exist a better real estate agent than Jason Snell!!
