Buyer reviewWe have now used Jason Snell for 3 different homes and it feels like he is able to do the impossible every time! He has managed to beat out cash offers and win in multiple bid situations! We bought a duplex, single family home, and townhome now with Jason. We will not use another agent here in Utah! We have also referred several friends to Jason who are new to buying homes or have had bad experiences with realtors in the past and he comes through and exceeds their expectations!

Buyer reviewJason Snell is one of a kind. I will never use any other realtor. He went way above and beyond what a typical realtor's job description entails. He came with me to my home design appointment because I couldn't have anyone with me that wasn't on the contract. He helped me pick out the best selections and knew what I didn't need to spend money on for upgrades. Jason was always available to answer any questions I had and calmed my nerves through the entire building and buying process. Jason didn't make a ton of money on my purchase, but you would never know. He treated me like a million dollar client. Yes, Jason is my realtor, but more important, I call Jason my friend. Not only did Jason help me from a professional aspect, he helped me and my kids in ways that I can never re-pay him for. His empathy and compassion are why I would recommend Jason to anyone that is looking to buy or sell.

Jason worked with me to get all my issues addressed and I was able to call him any time with concerns during the process. The process took 11 months, there were many delays, but he was patient as I asked him to help me understand what was happening. He has a lot of experience, so he was able to help me anticipate what might happen as the process continued, as I really had no idea how things would happen or how long things might take.

Jason worked every possible angle to get our offer in and helped us edge out the competition in an insane market. We could not be happier with the outcome. He was always available and knew what to do to win. He clearly represented our interests through the process. He was with us in the walkthrough, closing, and meeting with the builder while we were out of state. He was the best!
