He is an outstanding communicator, always keeping us informed about each aspect of the sales process, the information he needed from us and progress along the way. We were especially impressed with his straightforward approach and honesty in making sure our expectations were balanced--not too high and not too low, especially in such an unpredictable market. He also helpied us find professionals for timely and reasonably priced repairs, as well as our own home inspection, which helped us be transparent in disclosures about the condition of our home before scheduling showings. We loved Jason's presentation of alternative sales scenarios, as well as his expertise and confidence in negotiating with buyers. He overachieved the goal we had set for net proceeds. His walk-through with us as well as his recommended home inspection report helped us identify everthing we needed to do to prepare the home for showings. He handled everything for the showings, so we could just leave town and enjoy some time off while the home was being sold. The exchange of contracts and closing went very smoothly. Jason was just an absolute pleasure to work with--a true professional.

We had many questions throughout the whole process process, and he got back to us quickly every time. When we first got started with Jason, we still had several months before we were ready to buy, but rather just putting us on the back burner until we were closer, he continually sent us options and ideas. It is because of that that we got our home that we did, as it was something we hadn't considered before. I really don't think we would have been successful in finding a home, especially with the current environment, if it wasn't for Jason. We'll never use anyone else ever again!
