We used Jason to buy our first home and he made the entire process so smooth and worry free. Since our first experience with Jason was so incredible, we decided to use him as our agent again. We found a duplex through his very detailed searched that checked every single need of ours absolutely perfectly! Based on the renovations and everything done to this home and our situation he was very realistic with us and what our expectations should be as well. We ended up getting the duplex based on a well strategized and thought out offer based on his knowledge of the area, and we weren't even the first or second highest offer! He wants to make sure that you are well informed buyer and you are able to ask any and all questions possible! His care and attention for detail helps you care and have more attention to detail. It may seem that Jason has some unreal qualities about him that nobody could have all of the time, but we are not trying to sell a story. Jason is the real deal and will be one of the best agents you will ever work with! He is friendly, approachable, always accessible, respectful at all times, and if something does not make sense in a text or via phone call he will immediately try to simplify and explain anything and everything for you. If you somehow do not understand the first time he will always explain it a second time and an extremely understandable way. If you are still unable to understand something on the second time then there are aspects about the home buying process that you should probably do a little more research on. He wants you to be an informed buyer! There are terms within the home buying process that he will still try to explain to you so that you are more informed those are usually what he is explaining in his clarification communication for the second time.

Jason is all around great too work with! He is available all the time, polite, respectful and puts your anxieties at ease. We requested that there be no sales sign put in the yard. We showed our house for two days and had 18 offers. Jason's estimate of the value of the home was extremely close for what the actual appraisal came in at. Even with a very difficulty situation that we found ourselves in, no fault of his at all, he was able to guide us through the situation smoothly. He gave us great advice that allowed us to make the best decision for our situation and keep the deal going through and be finalized. We have referred other friends to Jason who have had bad luck with several other realtors. Jason was able to get them into homes very fast and into the places they desired.
