Jay Bonnoitt has been in the real estate business his entire life. Seriously! Jay sold his first oceanfront condominium when he was seven years old. His mother was a well-known local on-site sales agent, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model after school. One day, she was out showing property when another customer came into the office. Jay told them all about the property, and guess what - they bought it! Seller reviewHas been a great experience to deal with Jay. He answers texts/emails almost immediately and is there to assist immediately with any issues that may develop along the way. Jay gives you an honest appraisal of your property and advises/helps you to understand why he comes to that conclusion. I feel because of this our property sold in a timely manner without alot of unnecessary back and forth. His real estate knowledge is an asset to the Market Common area and Century 21 Boling and Associates.

We are new to Myrtle Beach, we had some very specific requirements, and needs. He always dealt with us in a professional, friendly, appropriate manner. While we met him by chance, we felt he would be a good choice when it came time to seriously look for a place.

Jay Bonnoity was totally a pleasure to deal with. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable that he made it fun to house hunt. My husband was back in Florida, but when I found what I thought would be a great house for us he couldn't tour it so Jay made a narrated video of the house to send to hubby. I am not always easy to please and have definitive ideas about my likes and dislikes. Jay was always patient with me and quickly learned what I wanted and needed for our new home. He goes the extra mile! For these reasons and more; I would recommend Jay without hesitation!
