His mother was a well-known local on-site sales agent, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model after school. One day, she was out showing property when another customer came into the office. Jay told them all about the property, and guess what - they bought it! Jay gives you an honest appraisal of your property and advises/helps you to understand why he comes to that conclusion. I feel because of this our property sold in a timely manner without alot of unnecessary back and forth.
