His mother was a well-known local on-site sales agent, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model after school. One day, she was out showing property when another customer came into the office. Jay told them all about the property, and guess what - they bought it! He was very personable and knowledgeable about the property at Market Commons. He worked very hard and diligently, showing us several properties, then he came to our town house and talked with us about listing of our town home. He kept me from doing TOO many improvements to the property. I received the exact price that I wanted. I was very happy with the entire process. Jay had his "fix it person" take care of some issues in the home for a reasonable price. He was great to work with. This was my brothers home and I live in Raleigh.
