He was incredibly knowledgeable of the market, the area, the availability...and I would not have been able to make the decisions I did with such confidence if it had not been for all of his astounding guidance and experience! Jay surpassed all expectations! He made the entire process from start to finish effortless for me. He wrote up contracts for me even when he was on vacation, he explained every single step of the process in the simplest terms, that even I could understand. Jay did everything he could to sale my home as fast as possible. He when far beyond what average Real Estate Agent would do He check on my property frequently and turn off my water on nights temperatures were below freezing. He even cut my grass once!
