Jay Bonnoitt has been in the real estate business his entire life. Seriously! Jay sold his first oceanfront condominium when he was seven years old. His mother was a well-known local on-site sales agent, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model after school. One day, she was out showing property when another customer came into the office. Jay told them all about the property, and guess what - they bought it! He seems very knowledgeable about the properties in the area and stressed that as our agent, he would look after our best interest. Great guy. Would get him again if we ever want to own a property again in Myrtle Beach. He took care of everything that needed to be taken cared of. This was very important since we were no longer in Myrtle Beach to see the completion of the sale. But he gave us every assurance that things would be handled properly.

If he wasn't sure about something, Jay knew *exactly* the right person to call, and would get an answer quickly. This is our second home purchase through Jay. He took the time to get to know our needs and our budget and treated them like his own. He took us through countless properties, and was extremely patient and honest in finding the right one for us. He would keep a personal eye on listings, and let us know the day they hit the market. Jay made the process from searching to closing seamless.
