Buyer reviewJay made the whole process of finding and getting a home a dream, especially for a first time buyer. I had no idea what I was walking into with buying a house and Jay made is a great experience. If I had to do this again Jay would be my first choice to go to.

Seller reviewWe wanted His Honest Professional suggestions and guidance , but we wanted things to be handled the way we chose ultimately . Jay handled everything from beginning go end in the manner and way that we wanted even if it wasnt what he would suggest . By giving us the amount of control that he did while we had his professional support and backing to redirect the arrangement if necessary made the whole process of letting go easier and one that was made with confidence that we made the best decision. Jays eagerness and flexibility to please made it possible to sell our home in 1 week !!! Signs were out, ad went online but Century 21 website delayed a bit. Lockbox not placed but that was not a problem. Jay worked quickly at our request thru any changes or adjustments with ease to ultimately result in Fast Sale of our home as we wanted ! Easy going, approachable type of agent that makes it easy for buyers, sellers, or other agents can easily work with.
