Buyer reviewIf you have ever thought about buying a house, the whole process seems terrifying. Jay Whistler III has a ton of knowledge and advice. He knows his loan types and certain things that inspectors will require with the type of loan you are getting. He matched us so perfectly with the kind of house that we wanted. The second home that he sent us and the first house we looked at, we fell in love with! I cannot thank Jay enough for finding us this home! He made the offer placing much easier than I ever expected! If you want someone who is kind, courteous, efficient, and who works for the best for you, I strongly encourage you to just talk to Jay Whistler III (the groundhog)!

Seller reviewJay Whistler III - The Groundhog, is the best there is! My wife & I had tossed the idea of selling, around for weeks before we called a realtor. We were both nervous as this was our first home & we had not yet been through the selling process. That being said, we were unsure of what to expect & had so many questions. Let me just say that after talking to Jay on the phone for the first time, I had already felt the pressure of selling our home, leave my shoulders. Jay was awesome, he answered all of our questions & gave helpful suggestions! He was so fast to get our home on the market and SOLD! The selling process was so incredibly easy, working with Jay! I would recommend Jay to anyone in search of a new home or folks seeking to sell their home! Jay is not only an awesome realtor but also an all around, great guy! Thank you Jay Whistler! 10/10

We highly recommend Jay because he is polite and thinks ahead for the buyer. It helped us a lot because we were first time buyers and he knew what to look for and gave us tips and encouragement.
