Jeff was extremely responsive from the initial contact set up by Navy Federal Credit Union Realty Group. Jeff met quickly with us to discuss the realty services that would be provided and options available to us to sell our home. He discussed the ability to use the preview option in preparation for listing our home to maximize marketing in advance of the listing availability date. After our initial interview, Jeff readily provided professional references for his services. The reference checks solidified our decision to work with Jeff as our realtor. Once notified, Jeff worked to establish a schedule that would work best for us. Jeff also made furniture staging arrangements for several bedrooms at no cost to us to improve the home's appeal. The staging furniture was delivered in advance of photos being taken for the listing and open house. Jeff made arrangements for the photographer to take listing photos and the photographer arrived on time and completed the work in the expected time frame. Jeff also readily provided several points of contact for minor painting and electrical work that we needed to be completed in preparation for listing the home. These individuals were contacted and responsive and completed the work expediently. The home was listed for sale on a Friday and an open house was planned on the following Sunday. To our delight, the open house was well attended and an offer was received on the Monday following the open house above the asking price. Jeff worked to expediently process the paper work for ratification and coordinated the necessary inspections and other activities. From our initial contact with Jeff to settlement date was less than 45 days! Jeff is personable, responsive, and listened to our concerns and discussed all available options to address those concerns. We highly recommend Jeff to anybody looking for a diligent and value added realtor that is responsive to your needs. We would certainly use Jeff and his firm again if the opportunity were to arise.

I knew from the start that dealing with the tenant would be the principal problem. The tenant had been in place 22 years. Jeff was encouraging, a good listener, sensitive to my needs. And above all, he was patient. His first few thoughts on how to ease the tenant out - and my initial ideas as well - didn't pan out, but he stuck with the process which must have been much more work than a lot of his sales. The ultimate solution was negotiating an agreement to vacate - a distasteful "cash for keys" setup, but Jeff found the real estate attorney who knew how that process worked, and we both concluded that since I really wanted to sell the property, this was the best available option. I would recommend Jeff because of his deep knowledge of the business, and his good sense.
