Jeffrey has been in the business of bringing buyers and sellers together for 22 years. He takes his job seriously and is committed to providing excellent service every time. Jeffrey possesses a deep well of knowledge concerning the local real estate market, as well as contracts and forms from over 10 years on the local association's Forms Committee. On top of that, Jeff is an excellent negotiator and can be counted on to get you the best deal and terms possible. I really liked the fact that we could do much of the important signing of documents electronically. Jeff was helpful all through the process and made it easy for us to understand what was coming at each step. He was also available whenever we had questions. It may seem that I casually just went down the Excellent column above, but really, Jeff had all of these characteristics in spades. Jeff had arranged for a fellow agent to show us a home when he was out of town. That made it very easy for us to narrow our choices. Jeff made it very easy for family members to find and purchase a home...for the third time in the past 7 years.

Buyer reviewJeff has represented me on three different occasions for the past 4 years. Once as a seller and twice as a buyer. All three transactions went as smooth as possible. I am no real estate guru by any means but having Jeff on my side, I enjoyed these transactions as much as I do shopping at Tysons. He is knowledgeable and he truely has his client's best interest in mind and nothing else. He does not hesitate to caution you if you are about to make a bad decision. He truely represents you and not his "pocket". He surrounds himself with the best in this business from start to finish ensuring that every aspect of the transaction gets done just right and in a timely manner. Jeff is extremely patient. He is willing to show as many homes as it takes to find the "one" for his client. He is responsive. It does not matter what day of the week or time of the day it is; he will get back to you to answer questions or provide guidance immediately. I simply can not thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and generosity through out these three transactions. I can type all day long but unless you meet Jeff and choose him to represent you, you won't know what a high caliber agent he is. When you do, I promise you will never choose another agent again.

He not only fulfilled that promise, but he also encouraged us to wait for the right place--and then found it. His relationships with other realtors, knowledge of the entire area and the specific community we ended up buying in, and his "handling" of us were instrumental to us finding a home that we are incredibly excited about moving into.
