Jeff is a graduate of Prosser High School and Central Washington University, where he majored in law and justice. After graduating from Central Washington University, Jeff went to work in the construction field for a local real estate investor and then worked his way up to construction manager for one of the largest new construction home builders in the Northwest. After nearly 10 years in the new construction industry, Jeff decided to take his extensive knowledge of residential home remodeling and new home construction into the real estate industry and guide people to home ownership. Since taking the leap, Jeff has nearly doubled his sales year after year and earned a Masters Emerald Award with Century 21 Tri-Cities in 2015 and earned a centurion award in 2019.

Jeff is an honest person and agent, which is rare these days. He had only our best interest at heart and made sure no one took advantage of us. He represented us in person throughout the entire process; inspection, and walk thru, in order to protect us and our interest. Jeff is very personable, easy to talk to, and can be reached at any time. He went above and beyond to obtain answers to every one of our questions and was reassuring and calming if any fears arose. Seller reviewI consider all actions leading to a fast sale at the maximum fair price to be the measure of a satisfying selling experience; setting the right price, negotiating with buyer through their agent, and then making sure that all details leading up to the closing are completed on time. NO LAST MINUTE SURPRISES! Jeff Graff did all this in a warm and dominate manner, Jeff replied promptly to every text question, even if he was busy, he would advise when he would be able to reply. The photographer came twice at our request, once to take pictures of the outside before the first frost and then again later when the inside had been staged. The results were fantastic. The stager worked with what we had and gave excellent advice. Our house sold after only five days for the most money we could have expected. What more needs to be said about Jeff and his team?
