Jeff is a graduate of Prosser High School and Central Washington University, where he majored in law and justice. After graduating from Central Washington University, Jeff went to work in the construction field for a local real estate investor and then worked his way up to construction manager for one of the largest new construction home builders in the Northwest. After nearly 10 years in the new construction industry, Jeff decided to take his extensive knowledge of residential home remodeling and new home construction into the real estate industry and guide people to home ownership. Since taking the leap, Jeff has nearly doubled his sales year after year and earned a Masters Emerald Award with Century 21 Tri-Cities in 2015 and earned a centurion award in 2019.

Seller reviewI had known Jeff prior to choosing him as our realtor, but with his background knowledge in construction and experience helped to refine our choice. Jeff is a very knowledgeable guy and is also very patient (which worked well with a high-maintenance couple such as ourselves). We started our adventure by lightly dabbling our foot into the market, but the first house we looked at we decided to jump on and submit a formal offer. Little did we recognize how competitive the market was even in mid spring. Alas, that house twas not mean't to be. And the next house. And the next house. And the next house. Finally, as they say, 4th or 5th times the charm. We found the perfect house for us, and with all the complications of a contingent sale of our current home, Jeff and his team made it happen for us. At the end of the day that's what makes us very happy customers...thanks for EVERYTHING Jeff!!!
