He did a few virtual walk-throughs (at the houses with his phone...so much more helpful than the online virtual tour) and lined up several houses for us to tour on a short weekend trip. He provided excellent insight on the historical homes and area and even urged me to tour a house I had ruled out after a virtual tour. I bought that house.
