We were relocating from Ohio and Jeff was amazing! He did a few virtual walk-throughs (at the houses with his phone...so much more helpful than the online virtual tour) and lined up several houses for us to tour on a short weekend trip. He provided excellent insight on the historical homes and area and even urged me to tour a house I had ruled out after a virtual tour. I bought that house. He continued to provide support after the sale as well, recommending local services upon my request. Really a fantastic human... I just can't say enough good things about Jeff and his team.

When one came up, he called and emailed with the details. He helped up put in an offer before anyone else and made it possible for us to purchase.

I know people tend to say that often but this is actually truthful and I cannot express how great working with him and his staff was during the entire process of the sale of my father's home. He was always available, friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the experience. His guidance and open dialogue for what was and would be needed to sell the house was spot on and timely which promoted the expedited time frame for the sale. I highly recommend Jeff and would use him again if the need ever arises.
