I have dealt over the years with many sales agents and found most all of them lacking in areas that prevented me from ever feeling any loyalty to any of them. This probably includes five or six different realtors and millions of dollars of property that I have bought and sold but Jeff is the first person to live up to professionally coming in and doing the job you would hope for. Not a bunch of grand-standing or talk, just quietly , professionally getting the job done whenever possible. Was able to not grab at the first offer knowing it could tie up the property in an unqualified buyer. He also played two buyers nicely against each other. When a horrendous property inspection came in he was able to negotiate the repair costs to half of what they wanted. Always , promptly gets back with me on any issue. I recommend Jeff Lesley anytime the subject of real estate comes up.

We contacted Jeff Lesley originally when we saw a yard sign for a neighborhood that we were interested in. We had talked with several brokers and agents that didn't seem to connect with us or have the knowledge that Jeff had about the industry and the area. Jeff was super helpful from beginning to end in both the sale of our house and the purchase of another. I would highly recommend him and his team in the future. Jeff was extremely professional every step of the way - his support team was also superb in terms of the services and follow up they provided, Kristin Kirk especially! Jeff really took the time to ask us what we were looking for and question some of our comments and wants - ultimately leading us to the house that we purchased! He also helped us understand what we needed to do to facilitate the previous sale of our house, really sharing his knowledge of the market and the contract process. I'm not sure another agent would have been so successful on either end!

Jeff Lesley is amazing at his job. We were so impressed with his in depth knowledge of the market, not just in one area of town but all of Wilmington. Also love how he keeps his iPad mini with all the time so he doesn't miss any details. I can't express how patient he was with us as we seriously considered at least three houses over more than a year. I'm sure that we were annoying, yet he was always extremely patient and understanding with us. Also love how approachable and laid back he is. I think that's why he seems to have good business relationships with everyone around town.
