I was from out of town and everything was handeled remotely. Jeff explained the process at the very beginning and it played out exactly like he said. Can't ask for more than that. The house I ended up purchasing turned out to be better than the one I initially inquired about. Also the mortgage and insurance people Jeff connected me were also excellent.

Jeff Lesley and the extended team at both Century 21 Sweyer and Alpha Mortgage were outstanding partners in this endeaver. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the search, selection and closing processes. Jeff was very forthright regarding all aspects of homes and neighborhoods which was critical for me being from out of town. Jeff continues to stay involved post closing by providing names of competent service providers..I recognize this was a small dollar sale but I never felt like Jeff was not giving me his all....I would highly recommend this team to anyone interested in buying and financing in the coastal area.

Jeff listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to help us find what would fit our needs, even though it took months to find the right home he continued to encourage us and show us all the options to make sure we were happy. He was always on time and on the lookout for what would work for us and would gladly work with Jeff in the future.

We never actually met and yet Jeff handled our sale with enthusiasm, professionalism and efficiency. I felt very confident that he handled the sale as if I was standing right there (I was actually across the country). I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone selling in the Wilmington area.

Jeff Lesley was with me every step of the way with the purchase of my first home. He did an excellent job of working around my crazy schedule for house viewing. Jeff was always very friendly and always had the answers to my questions. He is definitely good and what he does, which means he loves what he does. And that means a lot. He gets just as excited about you getting your house as you do. I loved working with him.

My realtor selection was very random, I inquired about a property that Jeff listed and started working with him from that point on. Very Happy we got to work with jeff, he's a great realtor. I also dealt with jeffs associates Gabby and kristen and they were both very helpful and pleasent to work with. Great low stress experience , i would definately recommend Jeff and century 21 to anyone.
