Seller reviewJeff was referred by a century 21 agent Carla Unterkofler who I've used for previous sales of homes in Virginia We loved working with Jeff. Selling our home of 40 years was triggered by the loss of my mother and moving my Dad to assisted living. It was the most difficult time of my life and I was in Virginia for most of the process. Jeff was very patient and kind with me and my Dad. He was always available to talk and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were comfortable with the market and all the decisions that needed to be made. He was excellent at communication, area knowledge, market strategy and most importantly, we trusted him and we knew he would get our house sold and meet our goals. Also we felt like he was a good friend to us and that feeling is hard to find into today's crazy, competitive, and complicated times. Buyer reviewJeffrey made our home buying experience stress free and easy. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. It was important to him to find a home for us that met all of our needs and even exceeded all of our expectations. His down - to - Earth personality made him easy to talk to and work with. He worked great with Robert Cloud with Finance of America Mortgage LLC, which help speed up the whole process. We were able to close within 35 days. He helped us find the house of our dreams. My husband and I were happy to have been able to work with Jeffrey. I would recommend him to all of my friends.
