Buyer reviewIf there is any comparison that can be made for how well Jeffrey Daniels guided me through the process of buying my first home, it is to compare him to the guitar amplifier from Spinal Tap. The others only go up to 10. This one went to 11. Recommended.

Buyer reviewI can't say enough positive things about Jeffrey Daniels. I came across him by chance during my home search on Zillow and our relationship was meant to be. Jeffrey was with me every step of the way, and I mean EVERY step, even for things that honestly weren't his responsibility as a realtor. I had purchased one home prior and after working with Jeffrey I realized how much I hadn't understood about the process my first time around. Jeffrey is super smart, attentive, personable, funny, and truly a good, honest, down-to-earth, modest person. Very importantly he never one pressured me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. I would be honored to have Jeffrey Daniels represent me as a buyer or a seller in the future. We were working with a different realtor prior but decided to work with Jeff immediately after he showed us a house because our experience was so great. Jeff communicated perfectly throughout the process and it felt like we were in great hands and everything was being handled by a pro. Jeff was extremely patient and took so much time to help us find the perfect home. He always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had a firm understanding. We were first time home buyer's and Jeff gave us so much helpful advice. We are so grateful to have Jeff as our realtor because the difference was day and night when compared with others we worked with in the past. I don't think we would have been able to purchase a home this year if we didn't have Jeff's help and experience.
