Jenell made every part of the process of buying a home and selling a home at the same time as seamless as it could possibly be. Her knowledge of the business and her knowledge of the area and properties was invaluable. Jenell went above and beyond. She was the realtor for the home that we purchased and not our realtor, per se. We were selling our home (for sale by owner) at the same time we were purchasing this property. Jenell was an invaluable resource and asset in both the purchase of the new home and the sell of our previous home. She helped us navigate and wade through the mountains of paperwork and red tape associated with selling and buying and made it as painless as possible (although as we all now know, there is some pain involved in selling a home by owner. Haha.) We legitimately could not have done it without her. She was available at all times throughout the process and made us a priority. Most importantly to us, she is a Godly woman and she talked to us about the things that God was doing in her life and the things that she felt God was doing in our lives as well, through the sell of our home and the purchase of the new property. It's hard to find someone in business these days that you feel like you can fully trust. Jenell is that person for us. In the biggest decisions of our life, she was 100% trustworthy, open and honest. That is worth a lot. As stated in previous sections, Jenell was a God send for us. As we approached the sale of our home and the purchase of the new property, we prayed that God would place the right people in our path to make this process go as smoothly as possible. We believe that God placed Jenell squarely in our path as an answer to our prayers.

I began talking with Jenell simply because she was listed as the broker for a property I was interest in. I'm really glad I started working with her. Jenell Brookhouse was great at providing us with many homes that had most/all the things we were looking for in a home. Anytime we find one we liked she was quick to call and get us an appointment and worked with my husband's very unpredictable schedule. She didn't hesitate to show us homes that were maybe a little farther than what we specified and was quite a drive to get to. She always had a smile on her face and was very personable and welcoming. As first time home buyers we had soany questions, about everything, and she was quick to answer or give her best recommendation. She always early for appointments and always stayed in contact.
