I did not buy that listing BUT due to Jenell's obvious concern and regard for the needs I expressed to her and her extensive market and business knowledge, I chose her as the only agent I would work with. She was very patient with my questions and always responded quickly to emails and text messages. I feel very fortunate that I "stumbled" upon Jenell Brookhouse. Jenell Brookhouse held my hand through every step of the process. Although I had bought and sold homes in the past, each market is different and paperwork needs change as years pass by, so it's important to have someone who's current with everything. Jenell Brookhouse is very attentive to her clients. I lived in another state and made trips to the Marion, IL area to look for a house and am blessed to have called Jenell Brookhouse on one of her listings. I highly recommend Jenell - on a scale of 1-10 she is a 20!!!
