Buyer reviewIt was great working with Jenn,. She understood our needs and represented them to the selling broker. Through her efforts with our banker, she was able to arrange a closing date two days early. She was always available to us to ask questions and show us more of the house when we wanted to see certain features. She always was available when we wanted our painters and building contractor to plan and take measurements for future work to start immediately after closing. Jenn K. Was very instrumental in bringing the sale to a very satisfactory conclusion. My wife and I think very highly of Jenn K as a truly professional realtor and would welcome the opportunity to work with her again if the need arose. thanks Jenn for a great job and delivery. Seller reviewI met Jenn at one of her Sunday afternoon open house showings in Salem Fields almost one year ago. We talked on and off, communicated via email, and at her urging looked at various homes, several prior to coming on the market, until the time was "right" for me to move forward with my home sale. Jenn would send info on other comparable homes for me to have an idea of where the market was at various times during the year. And, the info proved a great benefit, because having captured and verified that much information I was ready when my time came to sell. It was a much less emotional decision to price and sell my home. Again, thanks, Jenn "K".

Buyer reviewI would recommend Jenn "K" because she is a professional business woman. Real estate for the home buyer/seller is filled with anxiety and anticipation about the process. And, this is where Jenn stands out among her peer group ... always there prepared to address my questions as a neophyte in RE , get any clarification from the other brokers or explain the procedures during closing; or, in my case being physically present during the closing. And, that is what I mean by being "user friendly." Jenn will make herself available. She is also very familiar with the local area allowing me to trust her judgement with the information she provided to me. Can't say enough good things about Jenn. Kudos, Jenn "K".
