Not only is she incredibly NICE but she is very knowledgeable about real estate and about the Fredericksburg area. Jenn is very responsive when it comes to communication and went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. When we had a change of heart about one property she was extremely understanding and patient. When we finally found our home and had an issue during inspection, Jenn was on the phone immediately and working towards restitution on our behalf.
