Before joining CENTURY 21 Waterfront I spent five years in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Seller reviewJenna did a great job, she said it would likely take a year to sell this vacant lot. We put in on the market at a bit above market to see if there was interest, there was not so we worked to get to an attractive price and were able to sell. As someone from out of state and selling property in our parents estate, she and the escrow officer were most helpful and certainly earned their commission! Thanks Jenna.
