Jennifer Amelio of CENTURY 21 Circle

I was stationed in Korea and on orders to relocate to Chicago. My wife and I wanted to buy, as we were tired of renting. We originally had a different realtor, but due to a lack of urgency we felt the match was bad. Jennifer was recommended to us, and we clicked instantly. The other realtor worked with us for weeks and it felt like she was consistently putting us on the back burner, so when we explained this to Jennifer she assured us that would not be the case. She was responsive and helpful at every turn, and ended up getting us the house we wanted in a short amount of time. If it wasn't for her, I'm not sure where we would have ended up. Thanks Jennifer!

Jennifer is hands down the best realtor we have encountered. She is knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped us prep and sell our home, walked us through the new construction process and was with us through the very end as we closed on our new home. Jen is the ultimate professional. She truly understood the sale of our home, from a personal and business outlook. She had such a positive connection with my mother, who was selling the home, and understood the delicate nature of the sale. Jennifer had been my daughter's broker at a time in my daughter's life that she needed someone with knowledge, understanding and always looking out for her best interests. My daughter's trust in every choice, recommendation, etc that Jennifer suggested for my daughter's sale and purchase went without question. When it was my time to sell and purchase I did not hesitate to contact Jennifer and she had my back the entire sale and purchase. This "friend" and woman went over and beyond what any normal Realtor would have done. And not just because I am her friend's mother. This is her nature - no matter who her client is. Her knowledge and understanding of every aspect of a sale and purchase helped relieve any stress I might have been going through at the time. Every above character was 100+% with my experience with Jennifer. And her patience with me should be ranked 200% - as i was definitely now the easiest person to deal with. The respect she showed to me could never be matched. As mentioned in previous comments, Jennifer was the best. In retrospect, i am not the easiest person to deal with as my current position is the "Closing Coordinator" for a custom home builder. And Jennifer listened to my "rantings" at time because of my impatience with lenders and attorneys. She always showed respect to me and that is a quality that cannot be duplicated. That is a #1 character not many people have in today's world. She is the best.
