She went above and beyond her work to make sure we got top dollar for our sale while also keeping us calm and informed when we had to make decisions and negotiate with our buyers. During that uncertain time of being in escrow, Jennifer made sure we had all of our questions answered and helped us figure out the unknowns of what could happen before our close date. The closing process was definitely a different experience but she made it feel very special to us. She really cares a lot about her clients and it truly shows in her work ethic and attitude. She walked us through everything that we had questions on, made sure we noticed all the small details, provided us with resources like a mortgage lender, attorney and house inspector, was available whenever we needed her and mostly acted as a friend when I had to ask some tough questions during these uncertain time we were in. Buyer reviewJen was the broker for my daughter and son-in-law when they recently bought a home. She is also related to my son-in-law. My husband and I I accompanied them on some of their showings and we were impressed with Jen's knowledge and her friendly personality. My husband and I were thinking about down sizing and knew when the time came that we would choose Jen. She also lives in our current neighborhood and was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market there. She understood how hard it was for us to move and was very patient with all our questions. Our closing on our new home went great. We haven't closed on our old home yet, but everything is moving along smoothly and we look forward to a hassle free closing thanks to all the hard work of Jen and all her contacts such as our attorney, the inspector for our new home, etc. Moving is such a stressful time and Jen has made this move much easier for us.
