Always kept me in the loop and was available at anytime I would need her assistance. Friendly great attitude amazing charisma good vibe and very polite contagious smile. I would definitely recommend her anytime. I can truly call her a friend. That's how comfortable I felt with her If there was a higher rating for Ms Concha I would definitely select that. She was beyond all the characteristics and more The lender was very unprofessional she asked me several times about my personal relationship with my friend that accompanied me to meeting with her and very flirtatious. Didn't focus on me but focused on my friend. Which made me very uncomfortable. Also she was very pushy and not understanding poor communication skills. Does her job well but to ambition and cold Ms Concha went above and beyond to assist me as a first time buyer and made me and my family feel comfortable and special.
