After meeting Jennifer Concha for the first time from my daughters experience of selling her home I knew that I had to look no further than her when I decided to sell my home. The care she gave my daughter and her professionalism were the things I sought out the most from her when I made this decision. Jennifer Concha is a 5 Star agent and a caring professional in every sense. One of Jennifer's strengths is her accessibility. Every time I called her she was available. I know that she has a family life but she knows how to balance it with her clients and I cannot put a measure of appreciation to that. From start to finish Jennifer and her team were exceptional across the board. Jennifer is a fabulous agent and you owe it to yourself to give her an opportunity to see what she can do for you. She is a problem solver and resilient in any phase of a real estate transaction. She is always involved and knows the pulse of the situation which help put my fears and stress at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely cared about what matters to me the most in regards to selling my home. She was very understanding with my disabilities as a veteran non visible disabilities. Knowledgeable and communicated everything. Always kept me in the loop and was available at anytime I would need her assistance. Friendly great attitude amazing charisma good vibe and very polite contagious smile. I would definitely recommend her anytime. I can truly call her a friend. That's how comfortable I felt with her If there was a higher rating for Ms Concha I would definitely select that. She was beyond all the characteristics and more The lender was very unprofessional she asked me several times about my personal relationship with my friend that accompanied me to meeting with her and very flirtatious. Didn't focus on me but focused on my friend. Which made me very uncomfortable. Also she was very pushy and not understanding poor communication skills. Does her job well but to ambition and cold Ms Concha went above and beyond to assist me as a first time buyer and made me and my family feel comfortable and special.
