Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer with a busy schedule, I was incredibly nervous and intimidated by the home buying process. Admittedly I was very novice on the subject as well. From me wanting to tour houses the day after contacting her, to my lack of knowledge of the area, Jen was with me every step of the way. There was never a time I couldn't reach her (even on vacation), and she never hesitated to answer any question I had. She's was relentless in getting me the house and the price that I wanted. She even helped in finding accessories for the house after closing! She's the total package and a one stop shop for any home buyer! I will be using again the next time I buy or sell in Lafayette!

Seller reviewWe chose Jennifer because she helped us 5 years ago with our home purchase. She really is the best!!! The sale couldnt have been better. It was everything we were hoping. Within 2 days in market, we had a full offer and we closed exactly 4 weeks later. Jennifer really is the best!!! She helped us back in 2014 to buy this house and we were so happy with her that we didnt hesitate on calling her to sell our home. Everything came full circle. I only dealt with Jennifer, she was 100% of the time available for us. The experience was everything we hoped for. Jennifer guided us through the whole process. We moved to Florida 2 weeks before closing and the process was so smooth, the communication was always there. Jennifer is the real deal!!!

Buyer reviewI went into the home buying process recently not knowing anything about it. I just recently bought my first home with the help of Jennifer Duhon at my side. I am shocked of how much information i did not know at first, but I learned it very easily and quickly with the help of Jennifer Duhon. I was referred to her by a family member, and I am so glad I got to experience this while process with her. I feel like I was making difficult decisions between prices and types of homes and stressing over the whole process, but she gladly helped me and guided me in the right direction. She made me feel more than just a client and made me feel like a friend. She was ALWAYS available to talk or text me about any questions I had at any part of the day (even while she was on vacation). I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Duhon to anyone and will definitely be in contact with her again for my next home buying process or to sell the beautiful home I have now that she helped me get in the future.
