I received Jennifer Duhon's name as a referral from a former client of hers. After meeting Jennifer I was impressed with her knowledge, friendliness and personality. We talked about my expectatations for my property and she was honest with me about the outcome regarding how long it may take to sell my property and what a good sale price would be. Together, we set goals/expectations that were realistic. Jennifer kept me thoroughly informed about my property and was readily available whenever I needed her assistance. She is very approachable and easy to talk to and made me feel like my property was number one regardless of her having numerous properties to sell.

I really have been blessed when Jennifer called me about my property I had listed "By Owner". We spoke for a while and I got such a wonderful feeling about her knowledge caring but mostly her concerns about my situation with this particular property, when her first buyer backed out, I said Jennifer would you consider taking the listing. She came to my home to meet with my sister and myself and immediately I felt I not only met my realtor I met a friend. I asked her if she would consider taking my current home as well, when the time was ready and she agreed. There are really no words to describe Jennifer just to say she is nothing like the realtors I have dealt with in the past. She is so unique, I would recommend her with no hesitation. Jennifer has become a dear friend who I care greatly about. She cares about her clients and doing the best for them is her ONLY goal!!!! GO back to my previous statements. Jennifer is one in a million a very special woman a woman that has a heart and soul. Something I have found are lacking in realtors God Bless Jennifer WITHOUT Jennifer to me THERE IS NO CENTURY 21 ACTION REALTY IN LAFAYETTE! She is it!!! Jennifer had no problem selling my townhome, It was the problems dealing with the HOA and my issues with them.Jennifer"s buyer decided she could no longer wait due to the issue I HAD WITH THE HOA whichI had told Jennifer at our first meeting, another realtor would have run for the door, not Jennifer her response we will just do what has to be done to get it done! Another realtor would have walked due to the fact that the commission was't huge and their were a myriad of legal issues that came with selling my townhome. Jennifer never blinked an eye, she said if this person walks we will get another. Her ONLY CONCERN was my health and welfare. I have never met a realtor, a person who would react this way. Jennifer even went to court with me as my support when an injunction was put on the property to stop the existing sale, I was flawed. I was totally speechless. Jennifer Duhon became my guardian angel. Jennifer understood I have been going through a very bad time and have no family living close by, so Jennifer became my family, my main support system. My only sadness is that she couldn't make more commission commensurate on the time she so unselfishly put into this sale. My other deep sorrow is that Jennifer Duhon CANNOT BE CLONED AND FOLLOW ME to where I move to and has to stay in the surrounding areas of her business. Anyone would be foolish not to contact Jennifer Duhon at Century 21 Action Realty-all they need to do is ask me!!!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jennifer Duhon. It was a long search for our new home and Jennifer stayed by us every step of the way. We never felt forced to purchase and after two long years- we found our home! She is incredibly personable, honest and hands on. Next step we plan to utilize her great skills to sell our home. We consider Jennifer a friend and highly recommend her!

With Jennifer Duhon's ability to find a house in the area we were interested in before it was listed, there was no question about selecting her as our agent! I believe Jennifer went beyond what is expected of an agent for our transaction. She had lots of additional paperwork and revisions to do, due to no fault of her own. She sent me reminders and kept us on schedule to meet our deadlines. She was also able to provide me with options for the other people needed for inspections, lending, closing, and insurance... etc, making the process very smooth and painless. I was very satisfied with Jennifer's abilities as a realtor, it is a shame that I do not plan to move again for a very long time. I will miss my daily conversations with her.
