I'm new to the area and I didn't know anyone. Work brought me to the area and I asked the HR director if she knew of any realtors. She recommended Jennifer Dunn. I called her and Jennifer set up the viewing times of about 10 houses in one day since I was coming from Michigan. She is a hard working lady who is very easy to work with. She went way above and beyond my expectations as a realtor and as a human being. Because of her intuitiveness and professionalism, I found my house and made an offer that very day! Jennifer was also the acting realtor for the person I was buying my house from. Never once did I feel slighted. She always treated me like my best interests in the purchase of my home were considered. She was good to both parties involved. She directed me and explained every step of the paper work and what I needed to do to make the closing happen. She gave me the name of an appraiser so I could get the inspection done, and also the name of the banker that I chose. We closed in just over 30 days! I really needed to close quickly because of my start date at my new place of employment. Besides all that, Jennifer also found a place for me to stay for 3 weeks because my start date at work was before my house closing. I feel like Jennifer opened the doors to her own home to accommodate me. She is a remarkable woman. Her kindness, professionalism, and generosity are unmatched. Her performance is far above average. She knows how to get any job done in any situation in a timely fashion. When I went to Jennifer's office, it was professional in appearance and very organised. When I've told my family and friends about Jennifer and everything she has done for me, they're blown away by her generosity and efficiency.

Our house was difficult to sell because of the condition. Jennifer Dunn is a go-getter. She showed the house to many prospective buyers and we knew she would get it sold.
