Seller reviewI cannot say enough positive things about working with Jennifer Goddard. She worked hard and quickly to get my property to market and suggested cost effective ways to improve it's marketability. She advised a fair price that we were happy to get and was able to get multiple offers within days of it going to market. Jennifer was very helpful in getting the small fixes done to the house after the inspection. Overall, she got us the price we wanted with as little hassle as possible. I can honestly say she is Southern Maryland's best.

Seller reviewWe looked specifically at the sales records of several realtors in the Piney Point area, since that area is typically very slow moving and sales can be difficult. Jennifer grew up in the area, had extensive experience marketing properties in that area, and a long award-winning sales record of success. Jennifer sent weekly updates, even if there was no activity, along with a summary of other local market activity. She communicated frequently but not intrusively ... was very quick to return those few phone calls she missed ... and didn't waste time with unnecessary pleasantries. I appreciated her direct manner and that she got right to the point in discussing offers, options, and plans. Truly felt that Jennifer had my best interests at heart.

She is the most trustworthy person I know and has always lead me down the right path with regards to selling and purchasing my homes (this is the 4th time using her). There is no one else I would ever consider working with. She makes it so easy and less stressful throughout the process. Century 21 is lucky to have her, as am I for all she has done for me and my family. She is a miracle worker. I had closing on my current home 1 day apart from settling on my new one. Jen handled both. I honestly don't know how I could have done it without her!
