I was very diligent in doing comparisons and choosing 3 top realtors that would be a good match for handing the sale of our home. After setting up the initial appointment with Jennifer and meeting with her, I was so impressed that we did not meet with any other agents. Jennifer was there for every aspect of getting our home sold. The photographer she chose did a magnificent job on the photos. Jennifer had a phenomenal brochure printed and provided copies for the realtors and prospective buyers. We were contacted about all showings in a timely manner. She was an ace at providing numerous contractors for us to get estimates from for work required after inspections! Jennifer was always available to answer questions and guide us through the process. She always returned calls, answered e-mails and responded to texts in a timely manner. Jennifer was always on top of every aspect of the process. She was always available and very understanding of our anxiousness about any of the issues that came about through the inspection and repair process. She was always there to lend a shoulder to cry on or to celebrate the smallest of victories. I can say I had no hesitations in approaching her about any questions I had during the process. JENNIFER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE KEPT US INFORMED ALL DURING THE TRANSACTIONS. SHE EVEN CALLED US FROM THE BAHAMAS WHEN THE SETTLEMENT DATE WAS CHANGED.
