Jennifer Goddard went above and beyond to help us find our new home. The search began months ago. We let Jennifer know what we were looking for in a new home. The top priority for us was the school district that our daughter would be attending. We wouldn't even consider a house outside of that area. Jennifer stuck to that. We gave her a list of must haves and would like to have. We received listings almost daily to review. When the time came to seriously start looking we called her up and she was ready to start showing us houses. We lived 2 1/2 hours away so the traditional open house and home viewings weren't going to work for us. So we did a marathon viewing of 14 houses in one evening. I believe we covered over 100 miles. We discussed our options and narrowed 14 down to 4. The next day we went back to view those 4 again. Before the end of the day we had decided on our (hopeful) new home and put an offer on it.
