Buyer reviewThis purchase was a Habitat for Humanity home, and a complex transaction. Due to my medical situation, which has impacted our family financially, we had dreamed of buying a home but hadn't been able to make it happen. Jennifer Parks and Elisa Logan teamed up to get us into this home, and although there were some bumps along the way, we're THRILLED that everything worked out so well. I cannot say enough about the dedication and professionalism of these ladies. Elisa Logan helped get us into contract on this purchase, and facilitated our approval thorough Habitat for Humanity. She was diligent and dedicated at every step of the journey. Jennifer Parks guided us through escrow, along with the team at Bidwell Title. Buyer reviewAgain, I would strongly recommend Jennifer Parks to anyone searching for a home in the Chico area. She really is a delightful person and a dear friend. I had no hesitation hiring her when we knew it was time to buy a house. She's incredibly optimistic, which was helpful when we were seeing houses that didn't exactly fit our needs. She often had great ideas about how to upgrade or change certain parts of a home to make it more desirable. When we saw the house we wanted, it had been listed for only 33 minutes. She got us in right away, I believe we were The first people to see it. She helped us move quickly, gave very good on advice on how to better position ourselves to get the house, and ultimately we did. That's all that really matters isn't it? She got us what we wanted… Need I say more?
