We live out of town and she was always easy to reach and was able to provide a very seamless process to the sell of our home. When we asked her for suggestions on things that may need to be done around the home prior to listing it, Jennifer provided us with great suggestions. Her thoughts helped us know where to begin on things that would help our home sell. When we were concerned at the beginning of Covid-19 with how it would impact our ability to sell our home, her knowledge of the real estate market in the area put our worries at ease. Jennifer networked with other agents and had multiple offers come in on our home within days of listing and we closed Escrow in under a month.

Buyer reviewMy experiences with realtors has been minimal over the years and something a person just has to put up with in order to buy or sell a home. That being said, I wasn't looking forward to the house hunting we were about to embark on. Working with Jenn Parks changed my attitude completely. She was such a great realtor for us. Early on she had a clear understanding of what we were looking for and went way beyond what my idea of what a realtor does. Jenn was timely, friendly but very professional, she knew building codes and was able to answer all of our questions immediately. She had great contacts that helped in getting inspections done so our escrow closed on time. She set up appointments so they would work within our time frame which wasn't easy to do. I told her several times that if she wanted to "kick us to the curb and get another realtor", I wouldn't blame her LOL. She's truly a very patient lady and we would work with her again or recommend her to someone without any hesitation.
