I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We first worked with Jennifer when we move to Waverly for a job and she assisted us in the buying process. She did a phenomenal job finding us a home that we loved, showing us the area, and making sure we were COMPLETELY comfortable with the whole process. When we ended up having to put our house back on the market due to another relocation with a new job, we didn't think twice about calling her again. She did a fabulous job communicating with us and keeping us up to date on the sale of our home since we were four hours away. Jennifer Steere is down to earth, very knowledgeable, and takes every aspect of a buyer's preferences when looking for a home. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the area!

Jennifer was very helpful when it came to helping us sell our house and then ultimately buy another. She was very familiar with the area in which we were looking. I felt like I was constantly bothering her with all of my stupid questions. She did not feel that way. She wanted to do whatever she could in order to make our family happy with where we ended up.
