Seller reviewOur enduring memory will be that Jenny Olson was the consummate professional. She had a great plan and was diligent in implementing it. For rookies like us, she was a friendly, organized and steading influence throughout the process. Jenny was a timely and meaningful communicator - in person and via text, Email and phone. In addition, she always took time for some levity, personal sharing and checking to see how we were doing and was there any additional information or direction she could provide. Throughout the process her direction and demeanor gave us great confidence that the process could be driven to a successful conclusion. Jenny was also a very good teacher - not only did she share what we needed to do and the best way to do it - but effectively explained the "why" and why the time frame mattered. Put another way, we always knew how and why the details were critical to the desired outcome. When we did something right or on time, she was generous with thank you's and compliments. Finally, she was open to our questions, listened carefully and was approachable. We would recommend her without reservation. We believe she has no equal in the St. Croix Valley.
