I enjoy spending time with my friends and family on the water. The boating in the area is unmatched in my opinion. I also play Pickleball and Golf as much as I'm able. The area has several golf courses and indoor and outdoor pickleball facilities.

I've lived in this area most of my life and enjoyed raising a family with with my wife here. I graduated from Big Rapids High school and subsequently Ferris State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1992. I've been in the real estate business since 1995 all with Century 21 Forward Realty. I enjoy helping people achieve the American dream. Seller reviewI knew where the office was. I went to the office to discuss selling the house. Jerry was knowledgeable and personable in our interview. We lived in our home 41 years. It is the only house we ever owned. He explained the process and fees involved as the activity progressed. His estimate of the value of the house in the current market agreed with the assessment we had done. We are very happy with the support and followup to our needs throughout the process. We didn't have any concerns in this area. We moved to our manufactured home in Florida while the final sales and closing activity took place. He kept us involved throughout. He had our needs in mind all through the activity. He gave suggestions of things we might consider to help us make decisions. The support we received and his activity to represent our sale was fine with us. The office staff was very helpful and courteous.
