I knew where the office was. I went to the office to discuss selling the house. Jerry was knowledgeable and personable in our interview. We lived in our home 41 years. It is the only house we ever owned. He explained the process and fees involved as the activity progressed. His estimate of the value of the house in the current market agreed with the assessment we had done. We are very happy with the support and followup to our needs throughout the process.

We didn't have any concerns in this area. We moved to our manufactured home in Florida while the final sales and closing activity took place. He kept us involved throughout.

He had our needs in mind all through the activity. He gave suggestions of things we might consider to help us make decisions.

The support we received and his activity to represent our sale was fine with us.

The office staff was very helpful and courteous.
