We went to Jerry Tatlock for the sale of a mobile home and purchase of a house. He was welcoming and eager to help us from the first time we met. We had some bumps in the road but he never made us feel like we couldn't handle what was being thrown at us. He was patient and worked with us to solve the problems we had. As a first time home buyer it was comforting that Jerry was experienced and knowledgeable about the market and selling/buying process. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. He never made us feel like we were asking a stupid question. Jerry was available at any time and was very prompt in responding to our texts, emails or phone calls. Deborah Rice is also knowledgable in the market and was readily available by phone, text, or email. She helped with showing the home we were selling and came with us to some of the homes we were looking at. She was instrumental in our home search! She even helped watch over our very active 1 year old during the closing!

Jerry was great to work with. As a first time buyer it was a little overwhelming. He was quick to answer all questions and explained everything!

Jerry was a great help when we were concerned about time slipping away. Always gave us hope that someone would love our house enough to want to buy it.
