Jerry was great! My Daughter had met him and said to call him if I wanted to see any properties. She said he was thourough and liked the way he explained everything and also liked the way he talked to me. He was very patient with me.

As first time sellers, it was important to us to have someone that we trusted and that was willing and able to answer our billions of questions. Jerry Tatlock was the right person. We are so thankful for having someone guide us through the process and help us get through a few bumps in the road. He was very laid back and never pressured us to make any decisions we weren't comfortable with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and hard working. I can't imagine going through the process with anyone other than Jerry. We have already recommended him to friends of ours that are looking to buy a home.

We went to Jerry Tatlock for the sale of a mobile home and purchase of a house. He was welcoming and eager to help us from the first time we met. We had some bumps in the road but he never made us feel like we couldn't handle what was being thrown at us. He was patient and worked with us to solve the problems we had. As a first time home buyer it was comforting that Jerry was experienced and knowledgeable about the market and selling/buying process. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. He never made us feel like we were asking a stupid question.
